As the CEO of NRI SupportLine, I bring over a decade of experience as a licensed lawyer and hold an MBA in Human Resources. My background merges legal expertise with people-first leadership, ensuring our services are not only professional but also compassionate and client-centred.

I founded NRI SupportLine after witnessing first-hand how difficult it can be for NRIs to resolve legal, property, or family matters from afar. What began as a vision to bridge this gap has now grown into a trusted global initiative, driven by results, accountability, and client trust.

Our team consists of experienced lawyers and experts who handle everything from property disputes, succession matters, and legal representation to parental care, document procurement, and matrimonial dispute resolution.   • What are the available payment options?
    We accept most international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal. Since payments are typically recurring, your preferred payment method will need to be securely added before we begin the service.
  • Is there a free trial period that you offer?
    While we do not offer a free trial, we provide flexible options to get started. You can begin with a Task-Based Plan, such as 5 or 10 hours to experience our service. If satisfied, you may then opt for a monthly plan based on your ongoing needs or project size. We offer everything from Pay-As-You-Go support to comprehensive assistance packages.
  • Where are you located?
    We have physical offices in India, Canada, and the USA. In all other regions, we operate virtually, offering seamless, reliable support across borders. Our offices are equipped with modern infrastructure and strong security measures.
  • How long will it take to get started?
    Once you contact us, it usually takes 1 business day to assign a suitable assistant. If you’d like to speak with a few options first and choose yourself, it may take a little more time.
  • What do you mean by ‘assigning an assistant’?
    Once you contact us, your details are shared with our team lead in your time zone. We operate across 4 time zones for global support. The lead reviews your needs and assigns the best-fit assistant. You'll then get an email with their details.
  • Is there a minimum contract period lock-in? What is the notice period for any change?
    Our monthly plans offer complete flexibility, you can start, stop, upgrade, or downgrade anytime. However, we do require a 30-day notice for any changes, including cancellations, to manage resource planning. Task- or project-based plans may have separate terms.
  • How do I communicate with my assistance?
    You can connect with your assistant via chat, email, or phone, whichever you prefer. Our team is easily accessible through these channels, and most of our clients find email and chat to be the most convenient for sharing tasks and updates.
  • Do I need to provide my credit card details to start?
    Yes, since we operate on a prepaid model, credit card details are required before we begin. Invoices are generated at the start of each month based on the selected plan, and charges are processed accordingly. This ensures uninterrupted and timely support.
